Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days excluding weekends and holidays after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via UPS. Carrier selection is not customizable at checkout.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Estimated delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days after shipment depending on destination and UPS service levels. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear in the UPS system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by UPS. Customers should contact UPS directly to initiate a claim.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@nicandmore.com and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist with a claim.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship outside the United States.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by UPS, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control once the order has been handed to the carrier.
