Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a refund, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging with all original materials included. We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
To request a return, contact support@nicandmore.com with your order number. Returns must be authorized before being sent. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Orders must be inspected upon delivery. Any damage, defects, or order errors must be reported within 5 days of delivery by contacting support@nicandmore.com and providing photos.
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will determine eligibility for a refund at our sole discretion.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Financial institutions may require additional processing time.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact support@nicandmore.com.
Chargebacks and Abuse
We reserve the right to deny returns, refunds, or future orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the return policy, or excessive return activity.
